Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Once received, your order may be returned for a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as local payment methods such as Bancontact, eps transfer, iDEAL, Klarna Pay Later and Sofort.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed on holidays and during sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Customs duties and taxes for deliveries within the EU

We are pleased to be able to offer our products to customers within the EU. In contrast to deliveries to countries outside the EU, deliveries within the EU generally do not incur additional customs duties and taxes.

However, we recommend that our customers be aware of any local taxes and fees imposed by their local customs authority. These fees and charges may apply to some items and are not included in our prices. Payment of these fees is your responsibility and can be made directly to the local customs authority.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. When you receive your package, please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any related notes. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation. Please contact the card issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received credit for your return, follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
